I already paid my dues for 6 months I think in December. So, I'm guessing I don't need one of these? Or will I still need to purchase one?
Julie aka Juliette Low Blow (Juliette Low was the founder of Girl Scouts, both my kids are in scouts, so it seemed to fit)
